Customers must raise a refund request within 48 hours of delivery โฐ
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging ๐งด๐ฆ

To process a refund, customers must provide clear images or videos of the damaged or incorrect product ๐ท๐ฅ
Requests without proper proof may not be approved โ
โ Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Minor color or design variations (due to lighting or screen resolution) ๐จ
Wrong product ordered by the customer โ
Incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer error ๐

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI ๐ฆ๐ฒ
